Exhibitor move-in:

- Large booths only: 8:00am-11:00am
- All booths: 11:00am-5:00pm

Exhibitor move-out:

Expo Pricing
*NIRSA Associate Members receive a 10% discount
- Booth rate: $28/square foot
- Corner booth fee: $225 per corner (not discount-eligible)
- Booths 400 sq ft+ receive 5% additional discount
- Booths sold in 10×10 increments
