Through Championship Series officials training, student officials develop both their knowledge of the sport and their personal growth. With the support of mentors and other skilled staff, NIRSA student officials grow into the qualified experts we strive to provide.

    Each year, with the help of about 50 volunteers, the NIRSA Conference Program Committee and NIRSA staff review over 100 conference proposal submissions. Every proposal gets reviewed by at least three different people.
