The NIRSA + IDEA® World Career Fair brings employers and attendees together in one central, high-energy space inside the Expo Hall. New in 2026, the Career Fair has expanded to include exhibitors and associate members, creating more opportunities to explore career pathways across campus recreation, fitness, and related fields.
Attendees can:
- Connect with employers hiring now or planning future openings
- Learn more about organizations, roles, and career paths
- Engage in informal conversations or scheduled 1:1 meetings
Employers will host Career Fair tables in the Expo Hall, offering easy access and increased visibility during this dedicated networking block.

Career Fair tables are available for purchase during conference registration. Space is limited, and priority access is given to registered attendees and current exhibitors.
