Conference registration is now open!
When will I be able to reserve my hotel room?
Reservations can be made after you register for the conference. Your receipt/confirmation will include a link to book your room at one of the conference hotels. If you did not receive a confirmation email upon registering, please contact events@nirsa.org.
Is there a restaurant inside the conference hotel?
Yes, one of the many great things to look forward to at this year’s conference is that all the features and activities are offered within the Gaylord National Resort—so you’ll never need to leave the venue! The Gaylord National Resort has several restaurants for attendees to take advantage of during their time at the conference as well as numerous restaurants to explore within walking distance of the resort.

Will there be any CE Credits offered at the Conference?
Core and specialty CE (Continuing Education) credits that will be offered that will apply towards the Certified Student Affairs Educator program formed by the Higher Education Consortium for Student Affairs Certification. Learn more about certification.
CE Credits will also be available for ACE, ACSM, ACTION, AFAA, AFPA, BCRPA, CHEK, IFPA, NAFC, NAFTA, NASM, NCEP, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NIEW, and NSPA.

How do I volunteer at the Conference?
All volunteer opportunities and information about our new volunteer program may be found on our volunteer page. Volunteers who fulfill a total of six assigned volunteer shift hours including a mandatory one-hour onsite volunteer orientation will be eligible for 30% reimbursement on their conference registration fee (maximum value of $300) for more information please review our volunteer reimbursement details.

I want to plan an independent social. Who can I contact?
To inquire about space and options at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, reach out to NIRSA Director of Events & Experiences, Sierra Smith.
How do I schedule a meeting space at the conference?
New this year, groups may secure meeting space at conference by using our booking link. Please note these spaces will not have any audio visual and will be set into roundtables. If you have any questions about securing a space at conference please contact events@nirsa.org.
Is there a conference app?
Yes, NIRSA will be using the Pheedloop app again this year. Registered attendees will receive a personalized email with information on how to access and log in to the app around the end of March.
Where can I fill out an incident report during or after the conference?
If you have been part of or witnessed an incident at the Conference, we ask that you complete a report to document the incident. These forms will also be available at the Conference Registration Desk.
NIRSA reserves the right to take any action demand necessary and appropriate – including immediate removal from the event without warning or refund – in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, and NIRSA reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting or event.
