The 2018 NIRSA Annual Conference & Campus Rec and Wellness Expo is taking place in Denver, CO from March 4–7 and the Association is seeking members to help review presentation proposals. Please consider helping the Annual Conference Program Committee identify educational content that will help “Elevate the Path” of the campus recreation profession.

Serving as a proposal reviewer is a great way for members to get involved in NIRSA 2018. All potential reviewers must be current NIRSA members. They also must have presented at a previous NIRSA education event, have an appreciation and understanding of current trends in the field, and have a solid understanding of one or more of NIRSA’s Core Competency framework domains.

Interested members will need to be available to review approximately 15-20 education proposals between July 3–14. While the amount of time it takes to review varies, volunteers have reported that it is typically a five-hour commitment. If you are interested in reviewing sessions, please fill out and submit the 2018 NIRSA Annual Conference Proposal Reviewer Interest Form by Friday, June 9.

Thank you in advance for your assistance and for your contributions to the success of NIRSA 2018!
