The 2015 NIRSA Salary Survey is now available to NIRSA institutional members! This report tracks and summarizes 2014 salaries in the collegiate recreation field. It represents the confidential responses of over 220 NIRSA institutional members and is the most powerful collection of salary data within the industry.
The report represents thousands of salaries in the collegiate recreation field compared by position, university size, department size, average staff size, composition relative to enrollment, and operating budget as well as other important factors. Many thanks go out to all the directors and other professionals who compiled and sent in their information to help create this important NIRSA member resource and benefit.
NIRSA institutional members received an email containing access instructions to the report with the subject line “Announcing the 2015 NIRSA Salary Survey Results.” If you did not receive this email, please double check your junk mail box before contacting NIRSA Headquarters. Also, new this year, an online calculator will soon be available on the NIRSA website to assist in computing salaries!
