Join us for the NIRSA Student Staff Development Committee's roundtable! Our upcoming session will focus on Performance Management and Staff Recognition. We’ll explore key themes from the latest NIRSA Student Development Committee Toolkit, including Staff Evaluations, Accountability Systems, Recognition Programs, Incentives, Rewards, and opportunities for Staff Engagement and Leadership.

Join fellow campus recreation professionals from small programs in this collaborative virtual roundtable! This is a space to share challenges, successes, and best practices. Topics may include strategies for managing budgets and resources, creative programming ideas, student staff development, facility operations, and fostering campus engagement.
NIRSA student members vote annually, via electronic elections, to fill positions on the NIRSA Student Leadership Team. All NIRSA student members whose membership is current as of 8AM Pacific on March 3, 2025 are eligible to vote.
