This session will help participants gain exposure to the leadership opportunities available through NIRSA, shedding a particular light on the application and election process for the NIRSA Board of Directors and Member Network. Participants will gain insights into NIRSA’s leadership opportunities and hear the lived experiences of people who have applied for and been elected to Board positions.
