Participants will explore live dashboard examples and learn how to inventory existing data, partner across departments, and determine which data best aligns with stakeholder goals.
The session also examines how Virginia Tech selected and uses its dashboards to inform action, support unit and university priorities, and plan for future data needs.
The presentation includes 60 minutes of content and demonstration, followed by an optional 15-minute Q&A.
