Follow these steps to make sure your uploaded materials are organized.
Any content included as part of your submission must be accessible without a password throughout the judging period and for one month following the NIRSA Annual Conference
Make a Folder
Create a folder to enclose all your items. One folder per entry.
Name the Folder
Name the folder based on the naming convention shown in the awards below.
Fill the Folder
Put all the contents for the entry into that folder.
Upload the Folder
Upload the folder to the correct Dropbox link below.
NIRSA Creative Excellence Award
Name your folder:
[School Name]—[Award Category]
NIRSA Outstanding Facilities Awards
Name your folder:
[School Name]—[Facility Name]
NIRSA Campus Rec Innovative Programming Award
Name your folder:
