NIRSA Annual Service Award

The NIRSA Annual Service Award celebrates the efforts of members in our community who have gone above and beyond the call of duty in their volunteer service.

The NIRSA Annual Service Award recognizes up to six professional members, up to three student members, and up to two groups for their outstanding contributions to NIRSA and the field of collegiate recreation. Help NIRSA set the standard of excellence in professional and student achievement by acknowledging exceptional performance, dedication, creativity, and innovation with a nomination for the NIRSA Annual Service Award.

Awards are given to members who demonstrate exceptional performance during the previous year in leadership and development of NIRSA programs, policies, events, special projects, or committees.

Each year award recipients are recognized through a variety of mediums, including press releases, social media, and various digital displays and announcements at conferences throughout the year.
