Calling all basketball enthusiast! Our volunteer staff applications are open and we want you to apply! The NIRSA Championship Series is looking forward to our 2020 basketball season kicking off in February with ten regional tournaments. The season will end in Wichita once again with the NIRSA Championship Series National Basketball Tournament.
Our regional directors and regional volunteer staff applications are currently open. If you aren’t sure where our regionals are for the 2019–2020 season, check out our basketball regionals webpage which has all the locations and dates for the upcoming year. Apply to be a director or volunteer at any regional tournament by going to our revamped volunteers webpage. Application will close in mid-November.
Looking to gain more leadership skills? Apply to be a volunteer at the 2020 National Basketball Championships taking place April 3–5 in Wichita, KS. Not sure what each position calls for? Check out our job descriptions for each one. The director’s application closes on Wednesday, November 6 so act fast if you want to be a part of the next championship tournament!
