NIRSA: Leaders in Collegiate Recreation is thrilled to introduce that it will be offering its first ever Wellness Lounge, sponsored by Technogym, at a NIRSA Annual Conference this year!
Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the meeting rooms and expo floor, the Wellness Lounge will offer attendees of the 2018 NIRSA Annual Conference & Campus Rec and Wellness Expo a space for quiet reflection and rest in Denver.
Located in Room 703, the Wellness Lounge will invite attendees inside with soft lighting, mellow music, and comfortable furniture. Several meditative activities like coloring books and pencils, wellness-related reading materials, and yoga mats and blocks for self-guided practice will be available to those who’d like to take advantage of them. Technogym will also provide FLEXability equipment to help people relax—the FLEXability Posterior and FLEXability Anterior will assist members with restorative stretches. Additionally, the lounge will have a lactation room with a soft chair and access to power.
