NIRSA’s Strategic Planning Task Force has been hard at work taking steps to assemble the Association’s next strategic plan. After a successful Task Force meeting in Seattle and dedicated strategic planning sessions at the regional conferences taking place this fall, the next phase of member involvement is an online survey from Association Labs, the strategic research consultancy specializing in association business strategy that NIRSA is partnering with for data gathering and analysis.
A link to the survey was emailed on November 2to all members, lapsed members, and non-members with active NIRSA profiles. The email was sent from Executive Director, Pam Watts with the subject line: “NIRSA Needs Your Perspective for Strategic Planning.” If you haven’t seen the survey in your inbox, be sure to check your spam and junk folders. If you’ve checked those folders and still didn’t receive the survey, please contact Associations Labs Analyst Meg Whedbee
Complete your survey by November 16
The survey—which takes approximately 15 minutes to complete—is open for responses for a two-week period. All responses are anonymous; Association Labs will be analyzing the survey data and reporting it to the Strategic Planning Task Force in aggregate form only.
These responses will provide quantitative data for the Strategic Planning Task Force to work with, and most importantly, it will allow all members an opportunity to contribute their crucial voices to the strategic planning process.
The Strategic Planning Task Force needs your input to complete a plan that is truly representative of the Association and appreciates your time and contribution to this important initiative.
If you have questions about the survey, you can contact Associations Labs Analyst Meg Whedbee.
