The NIRSA Foundation invites you to join us in our Annual Giving Campaign at the 2014 Annual NIRSA Conference and Exposition.
This year our Conference goal is $25,000.
Your donation goes to support our profession by providing meaningful opportunities for scholarship, research, and professional development.
At this year’s conference you will have the opportunity to contribute in different ways, including direct from your smart phone via the NIRSA Conference App. Also, you can stop by the Foundation Table (check the conference program for times) and make your donation as you have done in past. If you are not able to attend the Conference and would still like to participate in the Annual Giving Campaign, please visit the NIRSA website to donate.
Join the Foundation’s Annual Giving Campaign at NIRSA 2014!However you make your contribution, know your gift is tax deductible; you will continue to advance through the Cumulative Giving Levels and be recognized in the NIRSA Foundation Honor Roll. Moreover, with this gift you will be helping to provide financing for worthy student and professional NIRSA members to attend a variety of professional development opportunities through our scholarship program, as well as supporting NIRSA’s research for the collegiate recreation profession.
Two campaigns within the Annual Giving Campaign
Along with traditional annual giving, the Foundation has made it even easier to get involved! You can now choose to make a single gift or plan your gift out over time. Select one or select them both!
Our “Help the Foundation Top the Charts” Campaign aligns with NIRSA 2014’s theme of “Harmonizing Our Values”. Your donation of $100 or more will honor professionals of the past, celebrate the professionals of the present, and champion the professionals of the future. We hope you will “Add Your C-Note to the Harmony”. Last year, 100 NIRSA professional and associate members supported the campaign in Vegas. This year, our goal is to meet and surpass this total.
Additionally, the Foundation is proud to offer you the opportunity to “Repeat the chorus for the next four years.” As our Annual Conference will continue being held at Gaylord properties through 2017 (Nashville, Dallas/Fort Worth, Orlando, and Washington, D.C.), commit this year to donating $100 or more each of these next four years.
