Luckily, the NIRSA Triventure has scored Juliene Hefter, Founder of Safety First Aquatics, LLC as a top-notch resource for attendees of the National Aquatic Institute and the NIRSA Triventure as a whole.

Hefter will speak at a Triventure social, held at the University of Denver, and lead an educational session on October 16-18, 2013. Well acclaimed in the aquatic profession, Hefter is also a renowned speaker and author on a variety of management and administrative topics like team building, customer service, staff training, diversity, and conflict resolution.

With over two decades of experience in the recreation field, Hefter is a leader in recreation at the national level through her current position as the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer for the Association of Aquatic Professionals. As one of Aquatics International’s “Top 25 in Aquatics,” Hefter will bring her expertise, experiences, and enthusiasm for aquatics to her sessions at the NIRSA Triventure.
