The Association is very excited about the collective of volunteer leaders who comprise the three NIRSA Boards of Directors: the NIRSA Board, the NIRSA Foundation Board, and the NIRSA Services Corporation Board of Directors! These volunteer leaders bring so many talents to the table, and each one has proven their passion for the profession. NIRSA’s Member Engagement & Online Communities Coordinator Lamont Mayer Jr. recently caught up with the three leaders who are serving as Presidents on the three respective NIRSA Boards of Directors: Lashica Thomas, Director of Campus Recreation at Columbus State University and President of the NIRSA Board of Directors, Demond Pryor, Associate Director of Facilities at the University of Michigan and President of the NIRSA Foundation Board of Directors, and Jasmine Holmes, Director of Recreation and Physical Education at the University of Maryland Baltimore County and President of the NIRSA Services Corporation Board of Directors. The four discussed the historic nature of this particular leadership year and some of the great things ahead for NIRSA! Spend a few minutes watching their recent exchanges.
