The Early Career Advisory Group is comprised of members who are early in their professional careers. The group supports the development of education, networking opportunities, and resources for early career professionals in campus recreation and wellbeing. The group will also advise NIRSA about ways to continue to bring value to this segment of members in a way that drives growth and deepens participation.
Requirements
Early Career Advisory Group members must be within the first five years of a campus rec career.
Time Commitment
The Work Group meets for one hour each month and involves some asynchronous/small group work; volunteer service commitments equal a few hours per month.
Term Length
Terms run from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027.
