The Campus Rec Expo Committee works with NIRSA staff to manage activities at, secure volunteers for, and build a dynamic roster of exhibitors for the NIRSA Conference and Campus Rec Expo. The committee assists NIRSA staff by conducting follow-ups with potential vendors and assists with the on-site coordination of the Expo. The bulk of this committee’s work occurs during the Campus Rec Expo.
Requirements
Current NIRSA membership is required for the duration of the committee appointment. Committee members must attend and volunteer at the Campus Rec Expo in National Harbor, MD, April 8-9.
Time Commitment
The Committee meets for one hour each month for the majority of the year; the most significant time commitment is during the NIRSA Conference, when several hours are dedicated to assistance with the Campus Rec Expo.
Term Length
Committee terms are one year and run from May 1 to April 30; the Chair track is a three year commitment.
