About the NIRSA School
Designed by NIRSA to develop leadership and management skills for professionals who are newer to campus recreation, typically those within their first five years of coming to campus recreation.
The three-day intensive program uses a curriculum based on NIRSA’s core competencies, with instruction from experienced senior administrators. The goal is to amplify the capabilities of emerging leaders, helping them influence positive growth within their respective organizations.
