Caucuses provide space for individuals with shared experiences or identities to connect, reflect, and learn together. NIRSA offers these spaces to support community-building, foster mentorship and networking, and encourage the sharing of knowledge and resources shaped by lived experience.
This caucus is a part of NIRSA’s commitment to engaging in conversation and organizing action. Conversation will embrace vulnerability and authenticity. This conversation is facilitated by Jasmine Holmes and Candice Douglass. It is intended as a space for the Black community to come together.
