Individuals inducted into the NIRSA Championship Series Hall of Fame have left an indelible mark on their respective sports within The Series, embodying excellence, dedication, and positive sporting behavior. Induction into the Hall of Fame serves as a testament to an individual’s lasting impact on collegiate sports and the NIRSA community.

Eligibility

This initiative honors outstanding participants, officials, coaches, and contributors across all NIRSA Championship Series sports.

Selection Criteria

Award selection committee members will want to know:

Which sport the individual is being nominated for
Which category is the individual being nominated for
The years a nominee has been involved with the sport
What institutions the individual was associated with during their involvement with the sport
Any recognition or accolades the nominee received while associated with sport
And why the nominee deserves to be included in the NIRSA Championship Hall of Fame

The committee will also consider standalone letters of support/recommendation to minimize multiple nominations of the same individual.
