Eligibility/Roster Verification
The NIRSA Championship Series requires that each team and each player complete specific forms for both the NIRSA National Championships. Forms are tournament-specific, meaning a form completed for a previous regional tournament cannot be used for this national tournament.
Forms may be submitted digitally through IMLeagues or as physical hard copies. All required forms must be completed. Required forms include:
- Team Entry
- Code of Conduct
- Accident Waiver & Release of Liability
- Player Certification/Enrollment
All fields on all forms must be completed—no exceptions will be made. Player Certification/Enrollment forms may be appealed according to appeals process guidelines.
Competition
To incentivize regional participation, teams will be seeded in a standardized process as opposed to a draft selection. At the conclusion of each league’s pool play games, the entire league will be positioned in the bracket according to the seeding criteria listed below. Seeding positions and bracket information will be posted and communicated via IMLeagues.
- National Tournament Winning Percentage
- National Tournament Head-to-Head
