About NIRSA Women’s Club Flag

The NIRSA Women’s Club Flag Football League is designed to provide a structured, streamlined, and high-quality experience for participating institutions. Our goal is to reduce the administrative burden on schools while creating consistent, meaningful competition opportunities at the collegiate level.

NIRSA will directly manage and support key league operations to simplify the experience for participating programs. This includes handling the scheduling of all league games through a centralized platform, allowing teams to easily access schedules, standings, rosters, and league communication in one place. Schools will also have the ability to customize and manage their own team information within the platform.

In addition to scheduling games, NIRSA will coordinate and assign trained officials for league competition. Through our officiating development model, officials will receive structured training and education, and games will be staffed with qualified crews to ensure a consistent and professional game-day experience. Officials will be scheduled and managed through the same centralized system, eliminating the need for teams to secure their own crews.

To further support participating programs, schools will receive equipment support, including essential items such as footballs and flag belts, along with access to discounted equipment to help reduce startup and operational costs.

NIRSA is also proud to be working alongside the NFL through a multi-year partnership focused on expanding opportunities and reducing barriers to participation for both new and existing programs
