After volunteering for the Champ Series for nearly 15 years, I can easily say my journey on the Executive Team has been super impactful. It’s also come with some surprises.
As we enter a year of resurgence, we’re fortunate to have a fearless, dynamic, and forward-thinking captain in Ashley Lax. I am proud to call her a colleague, NIRSA confidant, and friend.
Safe and inclusive—two words that've carried so much meaning throughout 2020. While the Series is currently refraining from holding in-person events, an emphasis on advancing this brand promise and inspiring a shared vision remains.
On behalf of the NIRSA Championship Series, I wanted to take a moment to share some updates regarding the process in place to determine plans for the 2020-2021 season.
Sports are the best drama because of the raw, genuine emotion they elicit. When our favorite athletes use their platforms and direct that emotion to improving the world, fans are engaged.
