Maybe it’s the Thanksgiving holiday and maybe because it’s NIRSA Awards season, but I find the fall a great time each year to reflect on the many privileges and blessings that make my life fulfilling.
Each new school year brings new energy, new people, new problems, and hopefully lots of new ideas. An ability to see a bigger picture can be motivating and offer an object of focus and a source of energy.
