NIRSA student members vote annually, via electronic elections, to fill positions on the NIRSA Student Leadership Team. All NIRSA student members whose membership is current as of 8AM Pacific on March 3, 2025 are eligible to vote. The ERSL Conference encourages diversity in our association in an effort to better reflect the populations and demographics that NIRSA members serve.
