    Description: What league, tournament, and event formats best match the wants and needs to today’s intramural sports participant? Join the conversation to discuss strategies for walk-up events, register-on-site opportunities, and non-traditional formats outside of the traditional regular season + playoffs structure.

  • Pay for Play Structures & Strategies

    Description: Transitioning from a free to pay program or looking to streamline your current pay-for-play processes? Experts in this session will present recent models that balance revenue generation with ease of participation and encourage sharing of ideas of other promising practices.

Staffing Day

  • Rebuilding Our Student Staff

    Description: Following a year with limited or no Intramural Sports staff from site managers to sports officials, this session will provide a space to exchange ideas on how to rebuild our student staffs and set expectations for participants and administrators in a future where experienced staff will be at a premium.

  • Ask the Experts: Officials Development

    Description: There are always new methods to learn when it comes to officials development from preseason clinics to in-season training and evaluation. Get tips from our experts and ask your questions as you prepare for this year’s seasons.
