Student affairs professionals who are working to prepare themselves for top-tier positions in higher education won’t want to miss this new opportunity from NIRSA, ACUI, and ACUHO-I: The 2021 Aspiring Directors Institute is happening virtually over three weeks in July and will help you sharpen critical skills required in this line of work and spur you toward effective strategies to advance your career in campus recreation.

Join your peers from campus recreation, housing, student unions, and other student affairs areas to learn about relevant trends impacting higher education, with a lens of social justice and equity woven throughout explorations of organizational development, planning, and fiscal management.

Registration opens soon

NIRSA, ACUI, and ACUHO-I are excited about teaming up to develop attendees’ competencies in professional supervision; assessment and goal setting; and navigating institutional dynamics to manage resources effectively.

Registration opens in early June and members save $100 on registration rates. The program will be a three-week virtual program during the window of July 12–30. Each week will include one focused day of content delivery, along with structured opportunities for discussions, meaning making, and relationship building throughout the course of the program.
