At the 2021 NIRSA Virtual Campus Rec & Wellness Expo, immerse yourself in cutting-edge products and services from companies that will transform your campus rec facilities into innovative, sustainable, can’t-miss campus destinations.

Year after year, the expo is rated among the top three reasons attendees report going to the NIRSA Annual Conference. Through vendor meetings, expansive exhibitor profiles, and peer-to-peer networking via chat and video, the virtual expo is a part of NIRSA 2021 Virtual you can’t afford to miss!

Engage, discover, and connect in the virtual exhibit hall

Each virtual booth features multiple avenues for you to engage with exhibitors, discover solutions for your campus rec community, and connect with vendors and attendees. There are many ways to interact with exhibitors:

  • Meet face-to-face with many exhibitors by video when you click their booth’s “Join Live” button
  • Start a private chat or video call with individual personnel listed in each booth
  • Chat live with exhibitors and other attendees (and peruse past conversations) in each booth’s company-specific, public chat box

When you click into a booth from the exhibitor list of the virtual exhibit hall, you can:

  • Watch vendor videos and browse company descriptions
  • Download files like product brochures, flyers, and whitepapers
  • Connect through direct links to exhibitors’ social media, websites, and emails
  • Click “Contact” and “Request Information” buttons in most booths to request more details and share notes or files directly with exhibitors
  • Discover codes to exchange for points and prizes in the gamification area

Exhibitors may leverage their virtual booths in unique and creative ways, so check each booth’s description to learn about possible opportunities like virtual social hours, mini ed sessions, live Q&As with guests or domain experts, and more!

Show big love to our NIRSA 2021 Virtual vendors

This is NIRSA’s very first virtual expo, and for many of our exhibitors, it’s their first too! You won’t see as many companies joining us virtually as in person, and that’s all the more reason to show our virtual exhibitors a whole lot of love!

We encourage the NIRSA family to stop by all virtual booths, converse with exhibitors through video, and show appreciation for our vendors exploring this new virtual space with NIRSA. You can see a full list of exhibitors online, and we want to give an extra special shoutout to these elite exhibitors:

Join the virtual expo 24/7

The virtual expo is accessible 24/7 through April 30, and every day of NIRSA 2021 Virtual sees the following dedicated hours for you to visit the expo and talk live with exhibitors:

  • Tuesday, February 23: 11:15am PT-1:00pm PT
  • Wednesday, February 24: 1:00pm PT-2:00pm PT
  • Thursday, February 25: 11:00am PT-12:00pm PT

Be sure to check each booth’s description for additional hours exhibitors may be live in their booths. The flexibility afforded by the virtual format truly allows NIRSA’s attendees and exhibitors to embrace schedules that support their work-life balance, mental health, and wellbeing. Attendees and exhibitors alike are joining NIRSA 2021 Virtual from across multiple time zones, and exhibitors may staff their booth during extra hours that work best for their team.

Being virtual means you don’t have to worry about being in six places at once trying to attend the expo, four sessions, and a social; because the virtual expo is accessible 24/7 through April 30, you have plenty of time to browse every booth, meet all exhibitors, and still get in your education programming and social networking. And if you miss an opportunity to chat live, don’t worry! You can leave a message for exhibitors through chat and reconnect at a later time.
