Registration is now open for the 2021 Emerging Recreational Sports Leaders (ERSL) Conference. This virtual event is free for all NIRSA members, including students and staff at NIRSA Institutional member schools.

Register today to join us beginning February 1, when a mix of live and on-demand sessions will debut over the first three weeks in February. Registrants will be able to sign up for mock interviews and they will maintain access to all recordings through April 2.

About the ERSL Conference

Since 1992, the ERSL Conference has encouraged a strong future of leadership for minority students in the field of collegiate recreation. Attendees can earn NIRSA CEUs for many ERSL Conference sessions, which can be applied to fulfill initial or renewal application requirements for NIRSA’s Registry of Collegiate Recreational Sports Professionals.

The all-online-event will focus on building a strong future of leadership for minority students and young professionals in the field of collegiate recreation. Some sessions will explore social justice themes based on our current climate of protests of police brutality, the Black Lives Matter movement, and the recent election.

We hope you’ll register soon and plan to join us in February.
