Today I participated in #GivingTuesday because @nirsalive has given me so much over the years. My mentors have always taught me to pay it forward by giving back in any way possible. I do so through donating and volunteering my time. I met my wife at the 2013 Annual Conference, I believe in the impact of collegiate recreation on the campus community, my grandfather loves intramural championship t-shirts, and my #NIRSAfamily runs deeper than I ever would have thought.
