The Registry of Collegiate Recreation Sports Professionals (RCRSP) is the credential for collegiate recreation professionals. The RCRSP designation is a marker of a professional’s commitment to the ongoing practice of developing competencies and experiences that contribute to their ability to be leaders in recreation and higher education. As a member of the Professional Registry Commission, you will partner with NIRSA’s Professional Development Department to manage the policies and standards pertaining to the Registry.

This position will offer a great experience for those interested in growing their knowledge and competencies in professional education, adult learning, and credentialing practices. Commissioners are appointed to three-year terms. Currently, there are two seats open for the 2019–2022 term. Applications will be due in January! Please visit the Get Involved page for more information and to fill out the application.
