Help NIRSA celebrate the health and wellbeing revolution in Boston, MA this upcoming February, and consider presenting a class on the latest fitness trend on your campus!

NIRSA is now accepting Fitness Forum presentations and invites all NIRSA members to submit proposals. Maybe you’re teaching a new class, or maybe you’re a pro at the tried and true. Whatever you have to offer other members, NIRSA is interested in seeing your proposals. The 2019 Fitness Forum will occur in the Expo Hall during the 2019 NIRSA Annual Conference & Campus Rec and Wellness Expo taking place in Boston, MA from February 16–19.

Fitness Forums are a great way to introduce new fitness trends to NIRSA’s membership with a participatory 45-minute workout. These high-intensity classes provide an opportunity for attendees to get in some exercise while observing instructors for the latest teaching techniques. NIRSA 2018 Fitness Forums included “The Power Pit,” “YogaFit for Injury Prevention,” and “Sweat Squad: Team-Based Workout.” A complete listing can be found on our 2018 Fitness Forum schedule.

Show your fellow NIRSA members what you have to offer and what’s hot on your campus right now! The deadline to submit a Fitness Forum proposal is Friday, August 17.
