Even though the 2018 NIRSA Annual Conference is still a few months away, the 2019 NIRSA Annual Conference Program Committee is already busy thinking about the 2019 NIRSA Annual Conference in Boston!

Creating the educational programming for such a large and diverse group of students and professionals can be a significant challenge. While NIRSA’s Core Competencies Framework provides the foundation for our Association’s competency-based program each year, our committee is also dedicated to ensuring the educational content supports our fellow members’ drive to be Leaders in Collegiate Recreation by incorporating trending topics, innovative learning formats, and inspiring speakers.

The NIRSA Annual Conference Program Committee uses a variety of data points to craft the content strategy and secure programming; some of the best insights we get come from reviewing previous event surveys and soliciting feedback from members.
