The Women’s Leadership Institute is the premier event for aspiring female professionals in higher education and student affairs looking to hone their leadership skills for working in a rapidly changing environment. Attendees will develop a better understanding of the campus as a workplace and culture, share experiences about how campuses are adapting and adjusting to present-day challenges, and create new personal networks and networking skills to better tap into the higher education community.
