Rules Regarding the use of the Seal

· NIRSA Logos must always be used in their official form.
· NIRSA Logos must not be used in close proximity to or overlapping any other logos.
· NIRSA Logos cannot be used by any of the Association’s members to indicate sponsorship or endorsement of the products or services of an outside person or organization.
· Uses of a logo similar or identical to any of the NIRSA Logos by any persons or organizations who are not Associate Members of NIRSA should be called to the attention of the Executive Director for appropriate action.
· NIRSA Logos may be printed in dark colors on a light background; or in light colors on a dark background.

Permission to Use

Copying, reprinting, or dissemination, electronic or otherwise, for any use requires prior written permission from the NIRSA. Permission to copy or disseminate all or part of this material may be granted provided that:

· The image and/or text is taken from the NIRSA website
· The image and/or text is a solid color
· The copies are not made or distributed for commercial advantage

Trademark Information

The absence of a trademark symbol does not constitute a waiver of the NIRSA trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or image.
