In the fall, DUPR’s Collegiate National Championship gathered 400 players across 36 universities to compete in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.

The competition took place over the course of three days, with elimination rounds making the competition fiercer with each round of play. While the competition was tight, the University of Virgina came out on top against the defending champions, the University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill.

Entering a new year, DUPR’s regional tournaments are already underway. The Illinois Super Regional—February 3-4—started off the spring tournaments, earning bids for the top four teams to the 2024 DUPR Collegiate Championship Tournament, November 22-24. Teams will have additional opportunities to play and earn bids at DUPR’s upcoming events:

  • Utah Super Regional – March 2-3 at The Picklr in Kaysville, UT
  • Virginia Super Regional – March 23-24 at Performance Pickleball in Richmond, VA
  • Georgia Super Regional – April 6-7 at Pickle & Social in Buford, GA

More opportunities to compete for a share in $6,000 in scholarship prizes

Four additional super regional tournaments will be held in the fall.

2024 brings new opportunities for our collegiate clubs. For updated information on DUPR’s strategic plan, rating changes, and additional opportunities for play, check out the 2024 DUPR Collegiate Pickleball Schedule.
