Proposed Amendments to NIRSA Bylaws
The 2020–2021 NIRSA Bylaws Committee has worked with the team at NIRSA Headquarters and with NIRSA’s legal counsel to prepare proposed amendments to the NIRSA Bylaws for the NIRSA Board of Directors review and approval. On April 27, 2021, the full NIRSA Board approved the proposed amendments to NIRSA’s governing documents. The proposed amendments are being submitted to the NIRSA membership for consideration and adoption as part of the 2022 NIRSA online voting and elections process.
Recruiting & Applying
The recruitment and application process for the leadership positions occurs in late summer through early fall in preparation for slating candidates to stand for election.
