October observes a big anniversary in the NIRSA family: Matrix Fitness celebrates 20 years of innovation this month!
Matrix has spent a large part of those 20 years supporting the NIRSA family through membership, sponsorship, partnership, and philanthropy.
“It’s exciting to think about the growth we’ve had in our 20 years, and it’s humbling to consider that we’ve been partners with NIRSA for more than 15 of them,” reflects Marc Loomer, Matrix National Sales Manager – Campus Recreation.
An associate member since 2004, Matrix demonstrated dedication to innovative programs and NIRSA’s strategic values by supporting the 2007 NIRSA Health & Wellness Passport Program. Through the years, Matrix has sponsored multiple NIRSA institutes, events, and NIRSA Foundation golf tournaments, joining the NIRSA Partner Program as a Silver Partner in 2011. The world’s fastest-growing commercial fitness brand also established its commitment to fostering growth and leadership in collegiate recreation as a NIRSA Foundation Corporate Partner.
NIRSA extends endless appreciation to Matrix’s support, and the company – which has won more than 200 awards in industrial design, service, fitness industry honors and more – offers gratitude to its employees, partners, and customers for standing by the brand over the years.
“A heartfelt thank you to our NIRSA partners, directors and students for your support,” Marc says. “I look forward to working with all of you in our shared goal of improving student wellbeing in campuses nationwide.”
