Work From Home Day 8541? It feels almost impossible to keep track. But a date we are sure about is Wednesday, May 20. On that day, at 3:00pm ET, #RecChat will be back on Twitter and Instagram to explore alternative programing. Join the #RecChat Committee and swap program ideas, ask questions, and share resources. We want to know what you and your department are doing right now!

The #RecChat Committee wants to hear about new programs, repurposed programs, the sustainability of the programs you’re creating, and whether creating and executing alternative programming is a task you’re tackling in the first place. Join the conversation by tweeting along or answering the questions through our Instagram stories.

The best way to make sure you’re up to date on the latest #RecChat news is to follow @RecChat on Twitter and Instagram. Also, consider following the #RecChat hashtag on both Twitter and Instagram to stay in tune with the conversation. Make sure to use the #RecChat hashtag in your responses as well so others can easily find and learn from your responses.

On May 20 at 3:00pm ET, we’re going to look into collaborative programs and initiatives, how you’re measuring success, and how you’re figuring out which programs your campus community is looking for. The last few months have been difficult, but they’ve also forced rec staff to think outside the box when it comes to creating and facilitating programs. We can’t wait to hear how you and your department have adapted!

So don’t forget to mark your calendars for a fantastic #RecChat conversation on Wednesday, May 20 at 3:00pm ET! We’re looking forward to hearing about what everyone’s been doing!
