Applying is easy
There is one application and it includes a comprehensive list of all committee and work team opportunities for NIRSA, the NIRSA Foundation, and the NIRSA Championship Series. You can select up to three groups you’re interested in being a part of this coming year. Additionally, applicants are asked to state why they’re interested in these groups. This information will provide the selection committee with knowledge about the applicant’s experience and interests so they can formulate well-rounded committees and work teams. Members currently serving in a one-year position on a committee or work team, who wish to continue their service, need to reapply to be considered for the upcoming year.

The NIRSA Nominations & Appointments Committee is appointed by the NIRSA Member Network. If interested in serving on the NIRSA Nominations & Appointments Committee, please complete the interest form found on the committee webpage. The committee consists of two members per region and the full committee recruits, reviews, and evaluates applications for the NIRSA Board of Directors in addition to other duties. The deadline for this opportunity is also Wednesday, February 5.
Additionally, the NIRSA Championship Series Committee Chair application will be closing February 5. You can find more information and a link to the application on the Get Involved webpage.
