NIRSA is proud to partner with the Association of Outdoor Recreation and Education (AORE) on Global University 2019. This incredible learning expedition, generously supported by G Adventures, will take place from May 21–May 29 in none other than beautiful Costa Rica!

This application-based, professional and personal development experience will explore the intersection of health and wellness through a women’s leadership lens—from the analysis of current research and trends to identifying opportunities for collaboration across campuses and articulating the value of experiential learning in the natural world. Together, this group of industry leaders will examine best practices and unpack big topics such as the importance of diversity and inclusion, social determinants of health, and the need to build multi-cultural competency.

You won’t want to miss this opportunity for professional development, thought leadership, and networking that transcends organizations. The cost to non-AORE members is $500 and full trip details are available online.

Applications are due February 11

Are you ready to join other dynamic women leaders who are advancing change at their organizations and in the profession? Don’t miss out—submit your application for consideration!

Applications are due by Monday, February 11 before 11:29pm PST. Final selections will be made by Friday, February 15.*

*Note: Invited participants will have three days to make a final decision. If they decline to attend, waitlisted participants will be contacted at that time. A final roster is expected to be announced on February 17. Selected individuals must pay in full by February 21 to secure their spot on the trip.
