After some delay, we are excited to announce that you can now officially submit presentation proposals for the 2019 NIRSA Annual Conference & Campus Rec and Wellness Expo! NIRSA 2019 will take place February 16–19 in Boston, Massachusetts at the Hynes Convention Center.
The deadline to submit a preconference proposal is Monday, June 18. You can submit a Concurrent Education Session through Monday, June 25. You have a little more time to submit a Poster Program, Fitness Forum, Lightning Talk, or Research Hour proposal—all are due Friday, August 17. If you have interesting research or a creative practice to share with colleagues, please consider submitting a proposal today!

With NIRSA 2019 happening earlier in the year than past conferences, the timeline for proposals is a little tight. Don’t delay in submitting your proposal.
