Eligible participants must be currently employed as collegiate recreation professionals. To participate, visit the NIRSA website and sign on to the Salary Census platform using your NIRSA online profile credentials. If you don’t have a NIRSA online profile, you may create one when logging into the platform. Please note that you don’t need a NIRSA membership to participate, but that access to the results filtering function within the platform is only available to individuals at NIRSA member institutions. To become a NIRSA member institution and gain access to these filters, please submit an institutional membership application or contact NIRSA Membership.
