Are you registered for NIRSA 2014 yet?

If so, then you are able to book your hotel stay at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center!

Be sure to do it soon, as space is limited.

The NIRSA rate of $199 plus tax/night will expire on March 21.

Staying under one roof is just one more step in helping us “harmonize our values” in Nashville!

Almost all the action—from ed sessions to Expo to the Career Opportunities Center to most socials—will take place at the Gaylord Opryland; don’t miss the opportunity to stay in such a central and convenient location.

Everything you need—and much more!—is under one roof: beautiful fitness center, three pools, abundant shopping, beautiful gardens and water features, and more than 15 restaurants and cafes to choose from!

When booking your room, please be aware that a deposit of one night’s stay will be charged to your credit card after March 21, 2014, the cutoff date for taking advantage of NIRSA’s lowered rate. In order to help keep rates low, this deposit is nonrefundable; if you decide to cancel your reservation after March 21 you will not be able to receive a refund.

A peek inside the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center.

The Gaylord will provide many amenities to NIRSA attendees, such as free Wi-Fi in all sleeping rooms and free access to the fitness center, but perhaps the best advantage is that by showing a NIRSA 2014 name badge, attendees will be able to take the shuttle to downtown Nashville, free of charge (normally a $20 round-trip ticket). As a recent article (“Nashville resonates with hip venues, arts, cuisine and music”) on the Meetings Focus: The Destination Experts website points out, Music City is just not to be missed: “…its music scene has traveled well beyond just country, the food scene is exploding, the arts scene is thriving, [and] the neighborhood scene is blossoming…”. We can’t wait to see you there!
