If you haven’t yet registered for the 2016 NIRSA Annual Conference & Recreational Sports Expo—which takes place in Kissimmee, Florida from April 3–6—then it’s time to get busy! The early bird registration deadline for this premier NIRSA event is February 17.
Once you’re registered, you will be sent an Annual Conference registration confirmation email containing a website link that allows you to make hotel reservations within the group block at the discounted price. We have increased our block of rooms yet again this year, but don’t wait too long because we’re sure to sell out again!
Room rates are $210+tax/night for single through triple occupancy and $230+tax/night for quad occupancy. You will need a credit card to hold your reservation, and per policy a deposit of one night’s stay will be charged to your credit card on or after February 19. You may cancel with no penalty any time before that date.
The special NIRSA rate includes several amenities including:
- Wifi in all sleeping rooms
- Access to the fitness center and pools
- Complimentary bottled water every day and a coffee/tea maker
- 20% discount at the Relache Spa
- A discounted parking rate of $13/day
