On Wednesday, February 14, 2024, the Association finalized the sale of the NIRSA Headquarters building. Our staff team is now officially fully remote, and NIRSA now has staff members located in every time zone in North America.
NIRSA netted around $3.4 million from the sale of the 4185 SW Research Way property in Corvallis; all proceeds will go to NIRSA reserves. The NIRSA Board of Directors approves withdrawals from the Association’s reserve funds, with recommendations about requests provided by the NIRSA Audit & Finance Committee.
