Join us at the March 23 Expo Grand Opening
All are welcome to the Grand Opening on March 23 at 5:00pm Eastern in the David L. Lawrence Convention Center Expo Hall A! Open until 8:00pm, the evening offers appetizers, prizes, a cash bar, and multiple activities to keep you engaged between conversations with exhibitors. This is the place to be to play on the latest equipment and build relationships with exhibitors to leverage an outstanding vendor network.
There’s never a dull moment in the Expo Hall. Check out just some of the exciting activities on opening night:
- Many attendees make the NIRSA Booth their first stop of the night! Pick up your NIRSA 2023-branded stainless-steel pint and Expo Activity Passport. Fill up the passport as you complete the Expo’s many exciting activities, then enter it into a raffle at the NIRSA Booth at the end of row 300 for a chance to win prizes like NIRSA membership, NIRSA 2024 registration, and more!
- Discover trending workouts and enjoy nourishing movement in the Fitness Forum, presented by Life Fitness. Opening night offers three classes for attendees to stay active.
- New this year, the Micro-Session Stage at the end of row 100 offers short sessions for attendees to learn about esports, HIIT training, and other hot topics. Search “Micro-session” here for times.
- Play a round of Rocket League, explore a sample gaming station, and chat with experts in the first-ever Esports Pavilion, sponsored by Spectrum Industries and Esport Supply. This can’t-miss hub for resources and inspiration about esports programming, spaces, and equipment is open during all Expo hours at the end of row 100.
- The Hoop Shoot bank shot contest, sponsored in-kind by TrueBounce and BSN SPORTS, runs throughout all Expo Hall hours at the end of row 400 and begins with the Special Olympics Unified Hoop Shoot from 5:00pm-6:15pm. Fast-paced, fun, and just $1 to enter, the contest gets extra competitive with incredible prizes for the top contestants.
- Play five different sports on the Teqball tables, sponsored by Teqball USA, at the end of row 600. Open during all Expo hours. Watch Teqball athletes demo the sports, try them yourself, and learn how you could integrate a “Teq table” on your campus.
- Pew pew pew! Gather your friends…and enemies for a round of laser tag, sponsored in-kind by Battle Company. Open during all Expo hours at the end of row 800.
- Don’t fight the craze: Grab a paddle from in-kind sponsor GAMMA Sports and get out on the pickleball court! Open during all Expo hours at the end of row 1000.
