Registration is now open for the 2021 Aspiring Directors Institute, presented by NIRSA, ACUI, and ACUHO-I! The three-week program is happening virtually July 12-30 and will offer student affairs professionals who are aspiring to director-level positions an opportunity to learn about relevant trends impacting higher education, with a lens of social justice and equity woven throughout explorations of organizational development, planning, and fiscal management.

Each week will include one focused day of content delivery, along with structured opportunities for discussions, meaning making, and relationship building throughout the course of the program. Join peers from campus recreation, housing, student unions, and other student affairs areas to sharpen the skills required for advancing your career in this line of work.

Earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

For some of the sessions attended, learners qualify for CEUs. Continuing Education Units can be applied to fulfill initial or renewal application requirements for NIRSA’s Registry of Collegiate Recreational Sports Professionals.
